- Invitation to Conference Cambridge Opendoors Event
- You are cordially invited to join Conference Cambridge for one of our Opendoors events as detailed below. As you may already be aware, Conference Cambridge is the official free venue finding service for the Cambridge Colleges and University; it's our aim to find the perfect location for any event. Opendoors is a series of events that we are hosting to demonstrate that Cambridge is open for business.
The third of our events will be held on Wednesday 28 May 2008 at The Pitt Building and Queens' College, running from 3.00-6.30pm; the fourth will be on Friday 6 June 2008 at New Hall and Fitzwilliam College, with a 10.00am start and an early 2.30pm close.
Both events will be enjoyable, very relaxed and will include:
* An insightful tour of the respective venues.
* On 28 May, a lively seminar titled, 'The Event Manager and the Law', presented by event guru, Richard John .... 45 minutes on how to avoid jail and still enjoy your job! A drinks reception and canapes will then be served in Queens' College's famous Old Hall.
* On 6 June, Mike Petty's presentation, 'Location, Location, Location' will be followed by a drinks reception and a served lunch in the exclusive
Fellows' Dining Room at New Hall
* A Live the City Experience with the chance to win a unique hamper packed with luxury College gifts including port, books, prints etc.
